Over the years, I have developed a knack for helping actors unlock their unique creative voice and tap into what makes them truly distinctive. Each actor brings their own quirks, charm, and perspective, elements that shape how they learn, grow, and express themselves as artists. I love supporting actors in discovering that individuality and watching how it elevates their work in powerful, authentic ways.

Instructional Design

My grounding in individualised expression and learning stems from a background in adult education. Before transitioning into the screen industry, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organisational Learning from UTS, where I focused on designing professional development programs, understanding diverse learning styles and adapting to individual needs. This foundation shapes my coaching approach - tailored, adaptive, and deeply personal to each actor.

Creative Alignment

As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent, my journey toward self-understanding reshaped how I approach both my work and well-being. Learning to work with my brain, rather than against it, brought clarity, self-acceptance, and a deeper creative freedom.

I now bring that same perspective to coaching. My focus is on building a creative process that’s sustainable, authentic, and aligned with who you are, not who the world tells you you should be.

I believe in working with what’s within your control, and letting go of what’s not. Self-acceptance, autonomy, and embracing your full self aren’t just key to a sustainable career, they unlock authentic and interesting performances. That is the foundation of my coaching.
